JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Smeal Business Career Center is searching for a part-time career coach/graduate assistant to advise undergraduate business students. The coach will work with business students to support resume writing and career prep. This hybrid position with some in-person coaching hours, will require attention to detail, project management, and awareness of career development theory and practices.

Preference given to those with a background working with students and/or those pursuing completion of a graduate degree in Human Resources and Employer Relations, Higher Education Administration, or Counselor Education.

Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
