JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Management & Organization Department within theSmeal College of Business is seeking applicants for a part-time teaching assistant for Instructor Elman's BA 304 course for the spring 2026 semester.

Job duties to include:

  • Helping to proctor the midterm exam
  • Assisting with online grading of video assignments, as well as reading and replying to student comments each week on Packback
  • Additional teaching-related tasks as assigned 

Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies:

  • Must have taken BA 304 and earned a grade of A- or better

The starting rate for this job is $15/hour based on experience.
