JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Smeal College of Business, Management & Organization Department is seeking applicants for a part-time teaching assistant (TA) for BA 804 Ethical Leadership, for the spring 2026 semester.

Job duties to include:
  • Grade individual and team assignments and quizzes
  • Assist with exam proctoring 
  • Serve as liaison to the students
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies:
  • Prior completion of BA 804
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends
Schedule:
  • March 16 - May 3, 2026
  • Max of 15 hours/week
Compensation:
  • $20/hour
