JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Marketing Department in the Smeal College of Business is seeking to hire a teaching assistant that can cover MKTG 330 Consumer Behavior and MKTG 437 Advance Retailing and Merchandise Management for fall 2026.
Job duties to include:
- Grade papers and presentations
- Track in-class engagement
- Other administrative tasks related to the course
Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies:
- Academic integrity and the ability to maintain student confidentiality is required.
- Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, be reliable and organized, and have good time management skills.
- Ideal candidate would have completed MKTG 330 prior to this semester.
