  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred. 5–10 years of relevant experience in sales, recruitment, or partner engagement in higher education or healthcare.
  • Experience working with healthcare organizations, especially nursing or hospital systems, strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM and communication tools, strong communication and presentation skills, willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Salary range: $76,500 to $89,250 with comprehensive health, dental, retirement benefits, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement for employees and their families.
