Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred. 5–10 years of relevant experience in sales, recruitment, or partner engagement in higher education or healthcare.
Experience working with healthcare organizations, especially nursing or hospital systems, strongly preferred.
Proficiency in CRM and communication tools, strong communication and presentation skills, willingness to travel up to 50%.
Salary range: $76,500 to $89,250 with comprehensive health, dental, retirement benefits, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement for employees and their families.
