Job Description
Opportunity at a Glance

 We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Partner Implementation Specialist to join our Sales Operations team, responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of partner data. This role ensures standardized data entry practices, supports consistent and reliable information for stakeholders, and requires strong project management, communication, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate excels at interpreting complex data, conducting thoughtful research to document hierarchical relationships, minimizing duplicates, and enabling confident decision-making across the organization.
 
 Responsibilities
  • Own the process of onboarding new and renewal partner contracts after signature by entering and updating details in Salesforce, external websites, marketing tools, and other related systems.
  • Configure and maintain contractual tuition benefits in Salesforce to ensure the correct information is visible to Strategic Workforce Solutions, Walden University, Chamberlain University, and prospective students.
  • Coordinate with the Data Governance team to maintain accurate Partner Organizational Account records, including contractual terms, tuition benefits, and documentation updates.
  • Establish and lead regular tuition benefit audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidence in data used by Walden and Chamberlain University teams.
  • Maintain and enhance standardized naming conventions and data quality protocols to support clear communication and reporting across systems.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Salesforce data and discount-related projects, ensuring partner-specific information is integrated correctly for internal and external use.
  • Analyze and resolve duplicate accounts and hierarchy discrepancies in Salesforce to support clean, accurate reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and strengthen data accuracy, workflow consistency, and system usability.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Business or related discipline Required
  • 2+ years relevant experience in sales operations, partner operations, contract administration, data management, or a related function. Required
  • 2+ years Experience managing partner, customer, or account data across multiple systems such as CRMs, marketing tools, or student information systems. Required
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain, and audit pricing, discount, or contractual data in alignment with company policies and partner agreements.
  • Familiarity with data governance and quality assurance practices, including deduplication, account hierarchy management, and data accuracy checks.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work within established timelines.
  • Collaborative approach with experience partnering across departments (e.g., marketing, finance, IT, and data governance) to support process alignment and system updates.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity across platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including account maintenance, and report validation.

Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $53521.00 and $96736.75. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
