About the Role:
Join us as a Partner in Sales, a role crafted for driven self-starters with a heart for impactful change, a proven track record in sales, and a rich background in K12 leadership. In this role, you will be pivotal in discovering and engaging new clients for the continued growth of our professional educational services suite of offerings. Your responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:Driving Impact With New Client Partnerships:
Craft and execute sales strategies aligned with our vision, fostering significant revenue growth.Cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders, including clients, business partners, and internal teams, ensuring beneficial outcomes for all involved.Lead insightful sales discussions, drawing on your knowledge of our offerings and the K12 sector, and effectively collaborate with subject matter experts for more technical dialogues.Communicate proactively and responsively with prospects, providing essential updates and opportunities.Explore new markets through diligent research and analysis, driving new customer acquisition.Represent our vision by attending and presenting at conferences and networking events, igniting interest in our portfolio and forging new relationships.Create tailored proposals and scopes of work that integrate various offerings from our professional education services suite.Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and revenue forecasts, targeting at least $1.5M in new customer bookings annually.

Collaborative and Innovative Leader:
Partner with business unit leaders and marketing teams to launch targeted sales campaigns.Work in tandem with our operations, client success, and delivery teams to guarantee seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.Develop and maintain systems and structures that foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and success within the team.Stay ahead of market trends and collaborate across teams to adjust business and sales strategies accordingly.

Skills / Experience
A passion for making school a place where students love to learn and our company a place where people love to work.A proven track record in sales, showcasing effective pipeline development, a robust network, and successful quota achievement.At least 7 years of experience in the K12 education sector, ideally including school or district leadership roles.A strong background in education consulting, content and curriculum development, or similar fields, with a preference for candidates at a Director or Partner level in comparable organizations.Exceptional relationship-building skills, adept at engaging with all leadership levels and uncovering the root causes of district challenges to propose effective solutions.Strong virtual and in-person presentation skills, and proficiency in using Google and Microsoft office suites to communicate business strategies internally and externally.A detail-oriented approach, combined with excellent project management and strategic planning/implementation skills.Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.

Compensation
base salary range is $105k -125k annually with a generous variable sales compensation plan.
