  • Support Advisory Board and partner engagement - Coordinate Advisory Board communications, in-person and virtual meetings, and stewardship throughout the year; lead occasional partner engagement efforts and physical collateral production (e.g., holiday gifts)

  • Spearhead conference attendance and sponsorship strategy and execution - Engage with existing strategic partners (e.g., membership organizations, thought leaders, contractors) and seek out/evaluate prospective new sponsorship and conference participation opportunities aligned with Podium’s mission and partnership goals; own execution of sponsorship and conference elements including writing session proposals, orchestrating panels, lounges/branded spaces, and receptions, coordinating internal participation, run-of-show, speaker logistics, and special programming.

  • Maintain Partner Marketing function budget - Manage Partner Marketing function and event budgets with detailed tracking, ensuring resources are used thoughtfully while maintaining a high standard of production

  • Organize Partner Marketing assets and institutional knowledge - Build and maintain shared file systems, planning tools, event templates, project trackers, and reports using tools such as Google Drive, Asana, and Google Sheets; serve as “source of truth” for brand message and materials

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and writing skills, including strong judgement and ability to develop and tell a consistent brand story across multiple formats and audiences

  • Strong project management skills; you can manage multiple projects, timelines, vendors, budgets, stakeholders, and last-minute changes without losing the thread

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute high-quality events from concept through post-event reporting

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working with leadership, internal teams, partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders

  • Comfort creating high quality marketing, sales, and external-facing materials

  • A proactive, ownership-minded approach; you do not wait for every detail to be handed to you before moving work forward and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities

  • Comfort balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution while managing numerous streams

  • Ability to travel occasionally (~3-5 times a year for events, Advisory Board meeting, internal company and team summits)

  • Remote, flexible work environment (and a fabulous office if you’re in Austin, TX)

  • A mission-driven team that genuinely believes in what we’re building

  • Real ownership and visibility—this is not a large team where work disappears into a backlog
