Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Partner Success Associate to help Diffit’s school partners use Diffit to support instructional practice and grow their partnership with Diffit over time.
In this role, you’ll focus on helping partners get started with Diffit, drive meaningful adoption, and secure renewals. You’ll combine relationship-building with clear follow-through, helping partners see ongoing value in Diffit throughout the year.
This role is ideal for someone early in their customer success or edtech career who enjoys supporting school partners at scale, using technology to work smarter not harder, and helping partnerships grow.

Responsibilities:
Partner Engagement & Usage
  • Stay closely connected to school partners to support ongoing use of Diffit.
  • Help partners reach early milestones that set the foundation for long-term adoption.
  • Proactively check in with partners to understand goals, usage patterns, and opportunities to increase impact.
  • Encourage adoption of Diffit functionality that support instructional practice and save teachers time.
  • Respond to partner questions and needs with clarity, empathy, and follow-through.

Renewals
  • Support renewals by tracking timelines, usage signals, and partner readiness throughout the year.
  • Identify partners who may be at risk ahead of renewal and take steps to re-engage them.
  • Keep partner records, notes, and renewal status accurate and up to date.

Collaboration, Systems & Feedback
  • Contribute to shared resources, playbooks, and processes that improve partner success at scale.
  • Share partner insights with internal teams to help improve Diffit’s product and partner experience.

Who You Are:
  • 1–2+ years of experience in customer success, account management or a related role
  • Experience working with K–12 educators or school/district stakeholders
  • Clear communicator: You can express yourself exceptionally well through verbal and written communication and you’re a great listener.
  • Empathetic: You are skilled at connecting with and listening closely to teachers and administrators in order to learn how we can best serve them.
  • Curious: You’re eager to learn and ask questions so you can understand how things work and how to make them better.
  • Analytical: You like to analyze data, find patterns, and develop a plan of action.
  • Persistent: You’re diligent and tenacious as you solve problems and work to achieve your goals.
  • Collaborative: You’re eager to collaborate with and learn from others, share your ideas, and you welcome feedback.
  • Organized and reliable: Ability to manage a large volume of partner relationships and follow-ups

Preferred:
  • Experience in a small startup environment with limited support; resourceful, experimental, and capable of building playbooks from scratch.
  • Experience supporting/owning account renewals
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite and Slack
