About the Role

As a Partner Success Manager, you own both the day-to-day partner experience and the long-term direction of each partnership within a portfolio of renewal partners. Your focus is delivering a smooth, consistent experience each term by leveraging structured systems and scalable touchpoints that drive retention, partner satisfaction, and operational clarity.

You lead the academic and strategic relationship, bringing together the right teams to simplify complexity and deliver a seamless partner experience. You also play a key role in identifying and advancing growth opportunities.

A core part of the role is driving renewal readiness. You proactively identify risks, align on scope and commitments, and help partners clearly communicate impact within their institution through data, reporting, and advocacy tools.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, communicates with clarity and structure, and uses data to drive strong partner outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of renewal partners, managing the relationship and setting direction for long-term success

  • Lead planning, key touchpoints, and ongoing partner communication

  • Maintain clear scopes of work and ensure alignment to program structure

  • Ensure smooth delivery each term by coordinating key workflows and supporting campaign launches

  • Track registration and engagement performance and maintain accurate systems and data

  • Monitor performance to identify risks and opportunities early

  • Support renewal and expansion efforts, and step in to resolve issues and remove blockers

  • Support partner outreach across campus stakeholders and help drive campus socialization efforts that increase awareness and enrollment

  • Maintain clean systems and contribute to simple, scalable processes and documentation

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or higher education partnerships

  • Experience managing scaled portfolios and delivering consistent partner outcomes

  • Demonstrated ability to drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, able to work effectively across teams

  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems

  • Excellent time management and communication skills that are clear, consistent, and strategic

  • Bonus: Experience with registration, program planning, or academic delivery in edtech or higher education
