Job Description:

This role will be integral in the management of the technology and processes that continue to make Pluralsight an incredible place to work. You will deliver new functionality, key updates, and business support by suggesting and implementing technology solutions. We primarily use Workday as our technology platform.

What you’ll do:
  • Production support across the People Technology stack
  • Assist partners with Workday custom reports.
  • Build and support simple integrations.
  • Provide system functional support and optimization services.
  • Project and ticket tracking for assigned work in Jira. Responsible for scheduling and delivering work according to agreed timelines.
  • Timely and accurate project delivery, with a high level of customer happiness.

Experience you’ll bring:
  • Strongly prefer candidates with experience supporting Workday Recruiting, Compensation and Performance Management areas.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Business preferred but not required.
  • You’ve worked in a similar position for a minimum of 3 years, with Workday experience in multiple modules.
  • Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. The annual US base salary range for this role is $83,800 - $116,400 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
