Serve as liaison and consultant for 2–3 colleges or units supporting fundraising strategy and campaign performance through data analysis and visualization.
Utilize research resources to investigate internal and external data and identify new major gift prospects.
Synthesize financial, biographical, and engagement data to evaluate philanthropic capacity and giving propensity.
Analyze complex financial disclosures to develop accurate philanthropic capacity estimates.
Apply data mining and predictive analytics to refine prospect identification and prioritization.
Develop comprehensive donor profiles to support solicitations and generate high-impact prospect lists.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, especially Excel.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; 1-3 years of database management experience preferred.
Preferred experience with CRM systems, subscription information services, and knowledge of fundraising support in higher education.
Work within University Development under University Advancement to raise philanthropic support for university goals and priorities.
