Job Summary	The UK College of Medicine and Golisano Children’s at UK Office of Philanthropy seeks a Director of Philanthropy, Women and Children’s Health. The Director will report to the Executive Director and will oversee all aspects of major and leadership giving philanthropy for Golisano Children’s, Pediatrics, and OB/GYN. The Director will provide leadership and manage the Golisano Children’s at UK Executive Development council. Helping the council’s growth through strategic efforts, provide meaningful content for cultivation, and plan and execute all council meetings in coordination with the VP Children’s Health office. The incumbent will also supervise two Associate Directors, providing mentorship, guidance, fundraising strategy and ensuring that they are meeting their metrics and goals.
