Principal Product Manager – Search Platform, Clinical Solutions
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Principal Product Manager to lead the AI Search experience across ClinicalKey and the broader Clinical Solutions portfolio. You will drive the search strategy, roadmap, and cross-platform delivery, accelerating our transformation toward a role-personalized, AI-powered clinical ecosystem. Your impact will span search quality, relevance, personalization, and workflow integration across a global clinical user base.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Focus
  • Deeply understand clinician workflows, pain points, and search behaviors across care settings.
  • Represent the voice of the customer—leveraging interviews, analytics, and advisory feedback—to shape product decisions.
Strategy & Roadmap
  • Set and evolve the multi-year search strategy in line with Clinical Solutions’ platform vision and enterprise search goals.
  • Shape and deliver roadmap initiatives like vector search, semantic ranking, multimodal input, and personalized search.
Cross-functional Leadership
  • Lead cross-org execution with engineering, UX, clinical SMEs, data science, and platform teams.
  • Drive prioritization and resource allocation across multiple workstreams, balancing short-term needs with long-term innovation.
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Own KPIs for search engagement, usability, findability, and satisfaction; define and run structured experiments and OKRs.
  • Surface and prioritize high-value improvements using telemetry, qualitative insights, and market research.
Commercial Acumen
  • Collaborate with go-to-market, sales, and customer success teams to position search as a differentiator.
  • Support commercial packaging and pricing decisions that drive customer retention and upsell opportunities.
Innovation & Technical Acumen
  • Translate AI/ML advances (e.g., large language models, contextual embeddings) into clinician-ready solutions.
  • Serve as a thought leader on search architecture and search UX within the broader ClinicalKey ecosystem.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years in product management, including demonstrated leadership in search, AI/ML, or digital health.
  • Proven success launching and scaling search or discovery products that deliver measurable customer impact.
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered search technologies (e.g., vector search, semantic ranking, NLP).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Empathy for clinicians and a relentless focus on reducing cognitive and workflow friction.
  • Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) preferred.
