Looking for a motivated and talented candidate who is passionate about delivering high quality software. The MATLAB Online Quality Engineering team is responsible for validating back-end services and customer-facing online applications. The team ensures that cloud-hosted offerings are fully qualified and integrate well, meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop collaborative, downstream, and workflow level test strategies adhering to industry best-practices including contract testing and test pyramid compliance
Design and develop test tooling and automation to support qualification of microservices and online offerings
Leverage data (observability, bug reports, test metrics, etc.) to improve quality of our products by analyzing root cause and developing deep and lasting counter-measures to prevent high-impact issues.
Consult with teams to identify opportunities to improve test automation to improve the speed and confidence of our releases.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
