Job Summary

We’re hiring a strategic revenue operations Business Partner to support our $1B+ Enterprise segment (customers ranging from $500K–$50M ARR).

As part of the Sales Operations function, you’ll partner directly with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success (CS) leadership and key stakeholders to design how we operate, scale, and grow our largest customers — shaping segmentation, coverage models, and growth strategy as we evolve to a modern revenue operations mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Define enterprise segmentation & tiering
  • Design territories and coverage models (Sales + CS)
  • Lead capacity planning and resource allocation
  • Drive annual planning and growth strategy
  • Improve NRR, expansion, and customer outcomes
  • Deliver analysis, executive insights and recommendations
  • Partner cross-functionally across Sales, CS, Marketing, Pricing & Licensing, Finance, HR

Minimum Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications
  • 8–12+ years in GTM Strategy, RevOps, or Sales Strategy
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS / software environments
  • Experience designing and implementing GTM, Sales and CS models
  • Strong background in segmentation, territory design, and planning
  • Data driven, with excellent analytical, and financial modeling skills
  • Proven ability to influence and drive change across the organization
  • Finance experience or MBA preferred
