Job Description
Join our team and play a key role in delivering efficient, compliant, and high-quality procurement operations. As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you will support the end-to-end procure-to-pay process and partner closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth purchasing and payment workflows.
 
What You'll Do
  • Execute supplier registration processes, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and compliant with policies
  • Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders within defined service levels and quality standards
  • Investigate and resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies in collaboration with Accounts Payable, stakeholders, and suppliers
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to stakeholders and suppliers on procurement processes and tools
  • Maintain procurement systems and tools, including punchout catalogs and third-party ordering sites, ensuring data integrity and timely updates
  • Monitor procurement inbox and respond to or route inquiries related to assigned responsibilities
  • Review and reconcile procurement card transactions, working with stakeholders to verify spend accuracy

What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma + 3 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management including 1 year of experience executing the procure-to-pay process and using related systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional partners
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, systems, and procure-to-pay workflows
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to quickly learn processes and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word

Bonus Points
  • Experience with procurement or ERP systems such as Workday or other e-procurement tools
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Professional certification in procurement or supply chain (CPSM, CPIM, or similar)

Experience in Lieu of Education
Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this role may substitute for education requirements. Typically, one year of relevant experience is considered equivalent to one year of education.

Position & Application Details
