Position Summary

Candid currently has an opportunity for a Product Learning Enablement Manager. The Product Learning Enablement Manager develops and delivers high-impact training that enables internal teams and external users to maximize data and platform adoption, and business value; and is responsible for creating scalable learning programs through virtual sessions and on-demand content, working cross-functionally to build repeatable processes while maintaining quality standards.

Position: Product Learning Enablement Manager

Reporting to: Senior Director of Marketing

Supervises: N/A

Schedule: 35-hour work week, Monday through Friday

Compensation: $70,000 - $105,000 (this range is for the NYC area and will be adjusted for other localities; additionally, factors like skills and experience will be considered).

Location: Remote. In-person attendance is expected twice per year during our annual, weeklong all-staff summits. Additional in-person meeting participation is expected at least once per quarter for senior leaders and at least once per month for the executive team. Staff not located in the NYC area are expected to travel for these meetings.

Responsibilities  
  • Design and deliver product training for internal teams and external users (free and paid) through virtual sessions and self-service content
  • Adapt product team demos and use case documentation into digestible training materials, guides, and resources tailored to internal and external users
  • Support product launches with help materials, training and objection handling
  • Develop curriculum and learning assets in multiple formats, partnering with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy
  • Build comprehensive training kits and maintain learning management system content
  • Enable users to drive measurable business outcomes through best practices and success-focused instruction
  • Advise on learning structure and design for all outward facing training, working with inhouse training team
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, training and partnership leads and Product teams to identify enablement needs and implement best practices
  • Enhance training scalability and effectiveness using learning management systems and related tools
  • Apply iterative improvements based on feedback, KPI metrics and performance data
  • Distill training needs and value props for different personas and their use cases
 
Requirements  
  • 9+ years in learning enablement within tech/SaaS environments
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Experience with instructional design, adult learning theory, and training best practices
  • Track record bridging data, technology, and business value
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation abilities
  • Quick learner who can master new technical concepts and teach them effectively
  • Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Video content creation and editing experience a bonus
  • Familiarity with Skilljar or similar LMS platforms and Appcues or similar in-application enablement system
  • Willingness to perform other duties and special projects as needed/requested.
