Product Manager

Santa Monica, CA, United States

We're looking for a

Product Manager

This role is Hybrid, Santa Monica Office

Are you an exceptionally customer-obsessed and data-driven Product Manager who thrives on solving complex user productivity challenges? Do you have a passion for creating seamless experiences that embed solutions directly into how people work every day? If so, join our team and help us build the next generation of "in-the-flow-of-work" integrations that transform how our customers achieve their goals.

We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for our critical integration initiatives. In this role, you will relentlessly champion the customer experience, working backwards from their needs to define, build, and launch high-impact integration experiences that enhance productivity, unlock new value, and deeply connect our platform with the tools and systems our users rely on. You will operate with a high degree of ownership, collaborating with a dynamic cross-functional team to deliver innovative solutions at scale.

In this role you will…
  • Customer Obsession & Discovery: Deeply understand customer and user needs, pain points, and workflows related to "in-the-flow-of-work" interactions. Conduct extensive user research, empathy interviews, and journey mapping. Dive deep into qualitative and quantitative data to identify key opportunities and drive solutions that genuinely improve customer success.
  • Strategic Vision & Ownership: Own the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for your portfolio of integrations, ensuring alignment with the broader company vision and business objectives. Translate customer insights and strategic imperatives into clear, actionable product requirements and priorities with a strong bias for action.
  • Execution & Delivery: Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration. Partner closely with engineering and design teams in Agile/Scrum environments to translate complex business needs into clear user stories, detailed acceptance criteria, and compelling, high-impact features that deliver measurable results.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for your integrations. Utilize robust analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL) to measure feature adoption, engagement, and business impact. Conduct A/B tests and synthesize disparate data into coherent insights to inform product decisions and optimize continuously.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Maintain an expert-level understanding of the evolving market, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to integrations. Factor this external perspective, alongside internal feedback, into your product strategy to ensure our integrations remain cutting-edge and differentiated.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central thought leader and communication hub, earning trust with cross-functional partners including Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting, Account Management, Customer Success, and Support. Drive alignment, secure buy-in, and ensure seamless go-to-market strategies for new releases.
  • Technical Acumen: Collaborate effectively with engineering on architectural considerations, API design, data models, and technical trade-offs inherent in building scalable and robust integrations.
  • Security & Compliance: Champion privacy and security obligations throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring our integrations are built with the highest standards of trust and compliance.

You have what it takes if you have…
  • 3+ years of progressive product management experience delivering successful enterprise software products, B2B SaaS solutions, or tech services.
  • Proven experience managing products through their full lifecycle, from conception to launch and post-launch iteration.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise vision/strategy documents, PRFAQs (Press Release, FAQ), and PRDs (Product Requirements Documents).
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Amplitude) and a track record of using data to drive product decisions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize requirements across conflicting dimensions and to be clear on the minimum capabilities that matter most to customers.
  • Experience working directly with customers in collaboration with sales/systems engineering teams.

An extra dose of awesome if…
  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • Direct experience managing "in-the-flow-of-work" integrations, API-first products, or platforms leveraging integrations to enhance user productivity.
  • Background in HR Technology, specifically with experience in learning, talent management, skills frameworks, or competency models, where integrations play a critical role.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams via persuasion, patience, and energy.
  • A passion for usability and a knack for simplifying complex problems into elegant solutions.
  • PMP or Scrum/Agile certifications.
  • Experience working in highly collaborative companies across multiple time zones.
