About Campus

Campus is on a mission to accelerate the talent of tomorrow and reimagine what college can (and should) be. The problem is clear: college costs have skyrocketed, but outcomes haven’t. Traditional college hasn’t kept up with the aspirations of today’s students—and they can’t afford to wait.

At Campus, we’ve built a two-year, accredited college where students learn from top professors at universities like Princeton, Stanford, and Howard, in live, online classes. Our students graduate with in-demand business and AI skills—ready to launch their careers or transfer to top four-year universities. Our unique approach is grounded in a pioneering technology platform and a heavily-researched student success model that offers students dedicated advisors and on-demand tutoring and coaching. We were also named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies of 2024

We’re backed by an exceptional investor team that believes deeply in our vision for the future of education, including General Catalyst, Founders Fund, Bloomberg Beta, 8VC, Rethink Education, Sam Altman, Jason Citron, Shaquille O’Neal, and others.
The world has changed. Higher ed needs to catch up, and we’re leading the way - come join us!

About the Team

This role is a part of the Product, Engineering, and Design team: where our goal is to build great software that enhances and powers the student journey from first impression, all the way to graduation. This team is composed of builders , doers, and people with the genuine desire to change how higher education works.

About the Role.

The Product team at Campus builds software that drives real impact for our students and internal teams. As a Product Manager, you’ll own the entire product lifecycle—from idea to launch—and play a critical role in shaping what we build and why. You’ll dig deep to understand the challenges our students and teams face, define and prioritize what matters most, and deliver solutions that move us closer to our ambitious goals. If you thrive on ownership and love being in the weeds while still seeing the big picture, this role could be a great fit.

  • Drive the product roadmap for the one of the core user groups we serve at Campus and map solutions to business goals
  • Help thousands of students more successfully earn their degree at Campus by expanding the capabilities of our product
  • Leverage data and customer feedback to constantly iterate and evolve product offerings, disambiguating the signal from the noise for the core product experience
  • Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes that allow Campus to grow the product management function as we scale

We’re excited about you because…

  • 5+ years of product management or software experience, with a track record of shipping great work.
