The services we provide include the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program, Before & After School Programs, Summer & Intersession Programs, and so much more. Our programs offer opportunities to learn, move, and thrive together beyond classroom walls while developing essential life skills. We continue to build our capacity as we expand our programs to more districts.

The Role
We’re searching for a Product Manager who’s equal parts fixer, translator, and strategist. If a sync issue has ever made you mutter, “I bet I can trace that back to a misaligned field or a stale endpoint,” then you’re exactly who we want. At Elevo, our people-facing magic only happens when the platforms behind the curtain run like clockwork, and that’s where you come in. You’ll help keep our HR, marketing, and content systems (think HR Cloud, HubSpot, Paradox, WordPress, and more) humming along seamlessly. The Product Manager will be the glue between platforms, people, and processes, and won’t just own a process, but build better ones.

Responsibilities:
Technical & Platform Management
  • Monitor integration health (e.g., HR Cloud → HubSpot → Paradox)
  • Troubleshoot API sync issues using logs, error messages, and investigative instincts.
  • Configure and optimize HubSpot tools (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub).
  • Set up workflows, manage integrations, customize dashboards/reports, and ensure platform alignment.
  • Ensure data integrity and streamline processes within HubSpot for efficiency.
  • Maintain and improve internal WordPress-based tools (resource hubs, dashboards, content portals).
  • Make light content and functionality updates—HTML, CSS, plugin tweaks, layout fixes.
  • Triage and resolve technical bugs or usability issues impacting internal teams.
Product Strategy & Execution
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch within budget, scope, and timelines.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform product success.
  • Support the development of technology roadmaps with capacity analysis for execution.
  • Prioritize product features and capabilities based on business and customer impact.
  • Facilitate change management and user adoption for product releases.
  • Foster vendor relationships to secure resources and ensure deliverables.
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions when projects fall behind schedule.
  • Lead regular reporting on project progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with developers and stakeholders to plan phased rollouts and test improvements.
  • Design fallback workflows to ensure continuity in case of failures.
  • Translate issues into scoped updates with clear business impact.
  • Act as a liaison between departments: tech and ops, recruiting and dev.
  • Engage closely with customers to gather feedback and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Agile & Team Operations
  • Help run Agile sprints (or sprint-adjacent processes) and participate in planning, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Efficiently utilize team resources, including time, budget, and skills.
  • Contribute to a cohesive team that supports one another.
Documentation & Communication
  • Keep documentation clean, current, and readable.
  • Be the one who writes things down and ensures clarity across teams

Position Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Product Management role.
  • Must have led multiple projects with significant levels of complexity.
  • Experience using project management software.
  • Ability to manage scope and resources within a budget.
  • Prior experience leading and driving multiple technology products at one time.

Position Qualifications - Preferred
  • Experience using agile methodologies.
  • Change management and communication experience.
  • Knowledge of SaaS products, including CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Knowledge of other SaaS products such as Paradox, Microsoft, Asana, ADP, and Quinyx.
  • Experienced with platform integrations or supporting those who are.
  • Confident in investigating issues like data mismatches, field mapping errors, or sync delays.
  • Not a full-time engineer, but able to read and edit basic code when needed.
  • Comfortable updating a WordPress site and using browser developer tools.
  • Appreciate structured tasks and documentation management.
  • Love solving problems that help people do their jobs better.
  • WordPress theme or plugin experience (editing PHP or JS).
  • Familiarity with web tech like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.
  • Exposure to tools like Alteryx, HubSpot, HR Cloud, Paradox, Zapier, or similar.
  • Experience building or maintaining internal tools, dashboards, or resource centers.
  • Experience creating diagrams or user flows with Miro, Figma, or Lucidchart.
