The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, data-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Own and evolve the multi-quarter product roadmap, balancing innovation, customer needs, technical investment, and operational scalability.
  • Translate company objectives into actionable product strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and platform expansion opportunities.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform differentiation and positioning.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and ecosystem developments relevant to our market.

Product Discovery & Execution
  • Lead product discovery efforts including problem validation, solution ideation, MVP definition, and iterative testing.
  • Document and prioritize requirements using clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and outcome-focused backlog management.
  • Partner closely with engineering and UX to scope initiatives, assess tradeoffs, and ensure high-quality execution.
  • Establish release goals and ensure predictable delivery of customer value through agile practices.
  • Continuously evaluate technical debt, scalability, and performance considerations in roadmap decisions.

Go-To-Market & Commercialization
  • Own the go-to-market strategy for new products and major releases, including target segments, pricing strategy, packaging, positioning, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling product messaging and differentiation.
  • Partner with sales and account management to develop product briefs, enablement materials, and training programs.
  • Participate in pre-sales conversations, customer briefings, and strategic deal support as a product subject matter expert.
  • Support customer onboarding, adoption, and lifecycle expansion strategies to maximize product impact and retention.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication
  • Build strong relationships across engineering, UX, marketing, sales, operations, finance, and customer success to drive alignment and accountability.
  • Communicate product plans, tradeoffs, timelines, and outcomes clearly across all levels of the organization.
  • Influence without authority, fostering collaboration and shared ownership of outcomes.
  • Drive structured decision-making through data, experimentation, and clear business cases.
  • Lead post-launch reviews to assess performance and inform future iterations.

Data & Continuous Improvement
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate product performance.
  • Define success metrics at the feature and product level and monitor adoption, engagement, and ROI.
