Job Summary 
We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of our AI-powered SaaS platform. In this role, you'll translate customer insights, market research, and business goals into product strategy, partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions, and guide products from concept through launch. You'll play a key role in building experiences that help people work better together through personalized coaching and behavioral insights. 
 
Job Responsibilities 
  • Define, prioritize, and communicate the product roadmap with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders. 
  • Develop product strategy informed by customer research, market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives. 
  • Define feature scope, write epics, prioritize the backlog, and serve as Product Owner for an agile development team. 
  • Measure product performance using data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Partner with Product Marketing to support launches and product adoption. 
 
Required Qualifications 
  • 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably with SaaS or platform products. 
  • Experience working in agile software development environments. 
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable product plans and deliver results. 
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities. 
  • Proactive problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Bachelor's degree.   
Desired qualifications 
  • Experience building AI-enabled products or features.

It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
