Our product teams are cross-functional and durable, typically comprised of a product manager, product designer, and engineers. We staff our teams with the skills necessary to deliver solutions that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible.
The Product Manager is responsible for ensuring the solution is both valuable and viable. This requires a deep understanding of our users and customers, as well as the constraints of our businessâincluding marketing, sales, service, finance, legal, and privacy.
This role will be instrumental in executing the existing roadmap and contributing to future strategic planning. The Product Manager will lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and definition to delivery and end-of-life, collaborating closely with design and engineering to deliver high-quality solutions.

The expected base salary range for a new hire in this role is listed below. The annualized base salary offered is determined by each candidateâs relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience. It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and industry. As part of the total compensation at D2L the role may be eligible for additional benefits including a Wellness Subsidy, Equity Grants, Variable Incentive, and more.
