Product Manager, Staff Full Description

As a Staff Product Manager for YourCause, you will deliver products driving social impact for Blackbaud's corporate customers. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define market needs and deliver solutions. Working closely with product leadership and engineering, you'll help execute product strategy and lead purpose-driven innovation.   

What You'll be doing:

Drive Product Strategy: Partner with Senior level Product Managers to evolve the product roadmap for key capabilities in the Corporate Social Responsibility space, with a focus on social and corporate sector needs and AI-driven innovation. 

Customer-Centric Execution: Collaborate with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to define user requirements, write clear and detailed product specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria

Measure What Matters: Define success metrics, track adoption and usage, and use data to inform decisions and iterate quickly. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure strong alignment with Engineering, UX, PMO, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions. 

Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers through events, feedback loops, and strategic conversations. 

What we'll want you to have: 

  • 2+ years' experience within product management, program management, product marketing, or business development, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. 
  •  Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience and interest in developing and deploying AI and data-driven approaches in product development with ability to expand on the impact the initiatives had 
  • Experience employing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) with demonstratable success.  
  • Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities
