Job Summary
Collaborate with the development team to help plan the roadmap and future product features. Participate in outbound marketing activities to drive growth across the Simulink Verification and Validation portfolio. Help plan product releases. Identify new investment areas. Develop market requirements. Collect and synthesize customer feedback. Develop marketing collateral (e.g., webinars, videos, technical articles). May telecommute up to 40%.

Requirements:   
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Information Design, Engineering [any], Computer Science, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Marketing Engineer-related occupation.

Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Information Design, Engineering [any], Computer Science, or a related field and no experience.

Position requires demonstratable experience with the following:

1. Demonstrated expertise programming in MATLAB and Simulink with the verification and validation product suites;

2. Skilled in using modeling tools such as Simulink, Stateflow, Requirements Toolbox, Simulink Test, and Embedded Coder for embedded software development and verification, including requirements linking, test authoring and execution, and code generation;

3. Demonstrated excellent customer interaction skills, with experience in conducting customer needs assessments, providing technical support, and training customers on product features and new releases.

4. Knowledge or experience with functional safety standards including DO-178C, ISO 26262, or related standards;

5. Analyze market and customer data with analytics tools, including advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros) and building interactive dashboards in tools including PowerBI or related dashboard tools; and

Experience may be gained during graduate program.  Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience. Multiple positions available.
