Start Date: Mid- September 2025

Location: USA, Irvine, California – Be able to work in a hybrid basis- 3 days in the office and the rest remote (called "Best of Both")

Core Responsibilities:
· Leads go-to-market strategy and execution for new features, services, and platform initiatives to ensure successful product adoption across BrickLink's user base.

· Collaborates closely with Product Management and UX teams to craft product direction based on market needs, user feedback, and driven insights.

· Develops and owns positioning, messaging, and value propositions that clearly articulate the benefits of BrickLink’s offerings to different customer segments (e.g., Sellers, buyers, designers, info seekers).

· Demonstrates data and user research to assess campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and advise iterative marketing strategies.

· Partners with Community Engagement and Customer Support teams to ensure consistent and compelling user communications, particularly during product updates or platform changes.

· Creates and leads marketing assets and content, such as launch toolkits, videos, email campaigns, and product pages tailored to the BrickLink audience.

· Plan, handle and implement engagement activities: Both virtual and in-person (e.g., Fan Conventions), to strengthen relationships and celebrate community achievements.

Do you have what it takes?
· Certification in Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Product Marketing Certification)

· Proficiency in data analytics platforms and marketing technology tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)

· 4+ Years of Relevant Marketing Experience.

· Proficiency in creating engaging and relevant content that resonates with the target audience across various platforms (specifically Photo and Video Editing).

· Develop and implement product marketing strategies to promote BrickLink’s offerings and drive user engagement.

· Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build compelling marketing materials and efficiently convey product value to partners.

· Strong ability to work collaboratively with product development, community engagement, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.

· A strategic approach to develop marketing plans that align with business goals and drive product success.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $81,631.00 - $122,447.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
