We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to accelerate our mission of transforming K-12 instructional leadership. As a key member of our Growth team, you'll leverage your unique combination of marketing expertise and deep understanding of the K-12 landscape to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing
Design and optimize conversion-focused web content, including targeted landing pages and competitive analyses, to demonstrate Classroom Mosaic’s value to various education decision-makers.
Produce high-impact educational resources, including blogs, whitepapers, videos, podcasts, and social media content that consistently engages target audiences across multiple channels and touchpoints
Develop and maintain a library of practical resources including implementation playbooks, best practice toolkits, and professional learning resources that help school and district leaders get measurable results from Classroom Mosaic.
Create and manage sales enablement materials and tools that support revenue growth and sales team effectiveness
Strategy & Positioning
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, using targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive market awareness, user engagement, and revenue growth
Create compelling narratives and messaging frameworks that showcase our solutions, communicate our vision, and establish Classroom Mosaic as a thought leader in instructional improvement
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and education-specific networks to reach K-12 decision-makers while maintaining budget accountability and maximizing return on marketing investment.
Thought Leadership & Partnerships
Partner with successful school leaders to craft and deliver conference presentations that showcase their transformation results, turning client success stories into powerful peer advocacy.
Develop research-backed articles, cultivate relationships with educational publishers, and secure regular publication opportunities in respected industry journals and professional associations such as ASCD, Learning Forward, and state teaching organizations.
Represent Classroom Mosaic as a thought leader through speaking engagements, client interactions, and published content
Skills & Requirements
3+ years of strategic marketing leadership, with proven success in developing campaigns, content creation, and digital marketing that engage K-12 school and district instructional leaders
5+ years of K-12 leadership experience, with direct involvement in instructional leadership or school transformation initiatives
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and drive alignment across the organization.
Experience managing marketing budgets and digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels
Strong data analytics skills, with experience using insights to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaigns
Proficiency with marketing technology, including CRMs, automation platforms, analytics tools, and SEO optimization
Proven ability to work autonomously and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
Experience building and maintaining strategic partnerships in the K-12 education sector
Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
Published thought leadership and public speaking experience in K-12 education (preferred)
