How can you make an Impact?
You will play a central role in supporting all marketing activities from the Centre of Excellence, focusing on Achieve3000 and CoE K-12 product efforts. Will lead customer-centric communication activities designed to enhance new business and retention. In addition, will provide ad-hoc support for regional and global projects, specifically between International Achieve3000 and International K-12 Product.
You will be part of a cross functional reporting structure. This role requires someone experienced with educational product marketing, digital marketing, and marketing automation, as well as executing tactical day-to-day campaign deliverables. You will work closely with the central and regional teams to create compelling campaigns at both the TOTF and BOTF, and will be charged with testing, deploying, and reporting on activities.
In addition, will also play an active role in supporting the execution of our MH go-to-market approach, targeted social media and brand campaigns, marketing research and marketing administration.
What will you do?
- Create, customize, and deploy assets across L1 [first language] and foreign language [EFL] portfolios and ensure timely and effective updates on these efforts
- Manage internal and external new business campaigns, lead generation, and new product launches
- Lead and build best practice Marketo and social media assets and disseminate effective, data-driven updates
- Identify external educational events and conferences to determine the most profitable level of presence.
- Plan and organize internal events and webinars
- Liaise with stakeholders in the business from teams such as A3K and MH regional marketing, sales, product and implementation to leverage learnings and shape best practice marketing efforts
- Work with external vendors for needs, such as translation, multimedia enhancements, asset creation, etc.
- Create and adapt appropriate and timely collateral
- Organize and maintain all marketing efforts and files in a central location
- Provide direction on social media and search engine optimization
- Provide creative input and direction where needed
- Conference and event planning and delivery
What can you bring to the role?
- Bachelor’s degree in a related degree, or combination of education and equivalent work experience
- 3 –4 years’ experience in an educational product marketing role
- Familiarity working with international education markets
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, to include digital content, SEO, social, video, and paid search
- Ability to work autonomously and develop creative solutions
- Experience deploying campaigns with Marketo and/or marketing automation tools and providing data-based reporting on effectiveness
- Experience with GTM campaign design and content
- Exceptional communication skills and strong collaborator
- Excellent computer skills and proven ability to pick up new technology quickly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English
- Superior writing skills
- Excellent proofreading skills

The pay range for this position is between $85,000 - $90,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. Click
