Job Summary
Product Owners III

 • Gather and document requirements for hospital-specific identity use cases, including:
 ◦ Provider onboarding (physicians, nurses, residents, affiliates)
 ◦ Role-based access for clinical systems (e.g., EPIC, EHR, clinical apps)
 ◦ Rapid provisioning/deprovisioning for patient safety and compliance

 • Work with hospital stakeholders (clinical operations, compliance, security) to identify access gaps, delays, and risk areas.

 • Translate complex healthcare workflows into:
 ◦ User stories and acceptance criteria
 ◦ Process maps for identity lifecycle events (JML)
 • Support IAM backlog refinement with clear prioritization of high-risk healthcare use cases.

Responsibilities
Product Owner III

• Develop and execute test plans for SailPoint IIQ workflows impacting clinical and high-risk systems.
 • Validate:
 ◦ Timely provisioning/deprovisioning of hospital users
 ◦ Correct role assignments for clinical staff
 ◦ Access certification campaigns for regulated systems (I’m assuming this will become relevant again very quickly)
 • Perform end-to-end testing across integrations (e.g., HR → SailPoint → AD/Entra ID → EPIC/clinical apps).
 • Track and manage defects impacting patient-care systems with urgency and clear escalation.
• Support access certification and audit processes tied to:
◦ HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements
◦ Least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD)
• Ensure SailPoint configurations align with audit expectations and regulatory controls.
• Assist in documenting controls, test evidence, and validation artifacts for audits.

Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
