Highlights
  • Conduct training sessions virtually and/or in-person nationwide on Teaching Strategies’ solutions.
  • Preferential consideration for trainers located in the West and Midwest regions or near major airport hubs.
  • Required skills include proficiency in Spanish, literacy training, and experience with diverse childcare settings such as private, family childcare, public preschool, special needs, and multilanguage learners.
  • Contractor must hold a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Experience delivering training to groups of up to 30 participants over consecutive days is required.
  • Proven background in coaching and consulting teachers on best classroom practices.
  • Ability to travel frequently during June to October, especially in August and September, often with short notice.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills for both in-person and virtual environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office365, Zoom, Google applications, and other web-based productivity tools; own computer is necessary.
  • Self-directed professional follow-up, including timely completion of paperwork and after-session reporting.

Being a Professional Development Network Consultant

As a professional development trainer, you'll represent Teaching Strategies by conducting training virtually and/or or in-person anywhere in the contiguous United States on any of our solutions.
