Kiddom Professional Learning Partners play a key role in delivering professional learning experiences, ensuring educators have the knowledge and support needed to implement Kiddom’s HQIM successfully. This role requires a skilled facilitator and relationship-builder who can engage educators, collaborate with internal teams, and provide meaningful feedback to enhance Kiddom’s professional learning offerings.

As part of the Professional Learning Team, Professional Learning Partners work closely with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and district leaders to ensure cohesive, high-quality training experiences that align with district goals and instructional priorities. 

You Will... 
  • Deliver engaging, high-impact professional learning sessions to educators and instructional leaders, both virtually and in person.
  • Tailor professional learning experiences to meet the unique needs of each district, ensuring alignment with their instructional priorities.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers before and after sessions to ensure engagement, address questions, and provide follow-up support.
  • Foster strong relationships with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives, ensuring alignment on customer needs and goals.
  • Support customer onboarding and implementation, guiding educators through Kiddom’s platform and instructional resources.
  • Gather insights from educators and district leaders to inform ongoing Kiddom support and professional learning strategies.
  • Stay informed on best practices in instructional technology, HQIM implementation, and adult learning principles to continually improve Kiddom’s professional learning experiences.

What we're looking for...
  • 5+ years of experience in education, instructional coaching, or professional learning facilitation, with expertise in HQIM and adult learning best practices.
  • Experience delivering professional learning sessions to educators, administrators, and district leaders.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with customers, ensuring a seamless and impactful professional learning experience.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and support educators at various levels.
  • Comfort with technology integration in K-12 instruction and familiarity with Kiddom’s platform and HQIM.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple engagements across a geographic region.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for in-person training and district support, approximately 70% of the time.

Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
