How you’ll contribute to our mission
As a Professional Services Consultant, you will play a key role in helping school districts successfully adopt and realize the value of Frontline’s solutions. You’ll partner closely with clients to guide them through implementation, ensuring their systems are thoughtfully configured and aligned to the way they work.
This role blends problem-solving, relationship building, and a deep understanding of how technology can support educators and administrators. Your work helps districts operate more effectively so they can focus on what matters most: supporting students and their communities.
How you’ll drive success
You will lead client implementations from kickoff through completion, creating a structured and supportive experience that builds trust and confidence.
• Guide clients through discovery, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and training
• Translate client workflows into effective system setups, including business processes, permissions, and integrations
• Keep projects on track by aligning expectations, managing scope, and communicating progress clearly
• Analyze client needs and recommend thoughtful approaches that improve efficiency and long-term outcomes
• Serve as a trusted partner when navigating complex challenges or escalations
• Facilitate conversations around integrations, including single sign-on and third-party systems
• Deliver engaging virtual sessions, including trainings, webinars, and certification courses
• Support post-implementation services by leading discovery conversations and defining next steps
• Contribute to internal improvements by sharing insights, refining processes, and strengthening team knowledge
• Mentor and support newer team members, helping build confidence and consistency across the group
• Stay current on product updates and continuously expand your understanding of evolving capabilities
What you bring to help us grow
• Experience guiding customers through software implementation or similar client-facing work in a SaaS environment
• Ability to understand complex workflows and translate them into practical, effective solutions
• Strong communication skills, with a talent for asking thoughtful questions and building shared understanding
• Confidence working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Comfort navigating change and helping others adopt new systems and processes
• Experience managing multiple priorities and client relationships at once
• Familiarity with K-12 education environments or related industries is helpful
• A proactive mindset that looks for opportunities to improve both client outcomes and internal ways of working

Compensation & Benefits
Frontline offers a competitive compensation package that includes base salary range of $60-75,000.00, bonus opportunities, and a 401(k) match. Team members benefit from personalized time off, tuition reimbursement for eligible coursework, and a supportive environment that encourages growth and career development.
