Advertised Job Summary | The Student Services Program Coordinator II is responsible for processing graduate applications, entering new student data into the University’s data management systems, and processing recommendations for admission as well as updating current student information and working with program personnel to facilitate tracking to degree, including the entry and management of all forms required by the Graduate School. The coordinator will work as part of a team and be responsible for graduate programs as assigned. The coordinator will assist with special projects and events and perform tasks assigned by Senior Leadership of the Graduate School. This will include participation in graduation and other student functions. Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience | Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials | Preferred Qualifications | Knowledge/Skills/Abilities | 1. Understanding of The Graduate School policies and procedures concerning admissions, registration, programs of study, committees and graduation clearance. 2. Must have excellent interpersonal, communications and computer skills.
