Physical Requirements  | The physical requirements for this position include regularly sitting, standing, walking, with some pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects weighing up to 10lbs and occasional pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects up to 25lbs.

Shift  | Monday – Friday, Day Shift; primarily 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hrs/wk); occasional weekend and evening hours to manage volunteer group activities, committee meetings and events

Job Summary  | The Program Coordinator II is a member of the KCH DanceBlue Pediatric Hematology Oncology Clinic with the objective to support our students, volunteers, and donors. In conjunction with the healthcare team, the program coordinator is responsible for volunteer recruitment, orientation, project planning, implementation, and supervision of volunteer activities internal and external to the clinic.

The program coordinator will be a liaison for the healthcare team, volunteer services, philanthropy, UKHC, and the UK campus to assist donor/students with the coordination of events. In addition to oversight of the student, volunteer, donor program, the program coordinator will work closely with the healthcare leadership team and patients/families.
