University at Buffalo is hiring a Program Coordinator for the Tutoring and Academic Support Services Office. This role involves coordinating the Peer Assisted Learning program, supporting special events, overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, and assisting with academic support sessions and course logistics to promote student academic success.
Highlights
Coordinate the Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Program including service delivery, faculty outreach, student staff hiring, training, and assessment.
Support coordination of special events such as First-Generation programs, Open Houses, and Welcome Week.
Provide daily administrative and operational support for the Tutoring and Academic Support Services office.
Assist with logistics, communication, and scheduling for academic support sessions.
Coordinate logistics for the Academic Success Strategies (LAI 203) course and teach one section.
Proficiency required in Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred experience includes higher education and tutoring center supplemental instruction programs.
Salary range is $53,000 - $55,000 annually.
Position reports to the Assistant Director of Tutoring and Academic Support Services and focuses on supporting diverse undergraduate student populations.
