| Job Summary | The Jindal School of Management (JSOM) at The University of Texas at Dallas invites applications for a dynamic, skilled, and forward‑thinking Program Director to lead its innovative Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence program. This key staff position provides leadership and oversight for all activities and initiatives related to the BS degree in Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the student experience from admission through placement; monitoring program quality and ensuring the implementation of best practices in compliance with internal academic policies; and serving as a liaison between students and faculty to create and lead academic initiatives that support the school’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities. The role also includes developing initiatives to improve enrollment and program rankings, enhancing the effectiveness of student services and support, and cultivating strategic partnerships with organizations, employers, and industry partners to strengthen student engagement and learning opportunities. The Program Director must be an effective communicator who works collaboratively with faculty, administrators, students, and external constituencies and demonstrates professionalism, collegiality, and strong interpersonal skills. |
