Job Summary
Are you a dynamic, student-centric leader with a passion for guiding future leaders? Purdue’s Daniels School of Business is seeking a Program Director for the Larsen Leaders Academy. As the Program Director, you will administer a cutting-edge undergraduate leadership development program, ensuring a strong pipeline of high-quality students and supporting their leadership journey at Purdue. You will build strong mentoring relationships and foster a positive environment for student growth. Developing and maintaining a brand synonymous with leadership excellence is crucial, and you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve this. Additionally, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a multimillion-dollar endowment, and ensure fiscal responsibility.

We are looking for a passionate leader who is creative, collaborative, detail-oriented, and results-driven. You should have a proven track record in leading programs, building partnerships, and developing curriculum. Flexibility is key, as the position requires travel, including international travel, and attendance at evening and weekend events.

Education and Experience
Qualified candidates will need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Communication, Education, Liberal Arts or related fields
  • 6 years of professional work experience in business or higher education environments

  • Conduct oneself with professionalism and integrity, and treat others with dignity and respect
