ABOUT THE ROLE
As a part of the Faculty Alignment team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with the instructors and aligning them to deliver our programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will:
● Manage the relationship with the instructors
● Plan and assign instructors to teach all US-PG(B2C) & B2B programs
● Ensure that instructors are delivering the desired experience in the live sessions
● Share the feedback with the instructors to improve their performance
● Manage the instructor costs for the category
● Work with the sourcing team to hire and manage a healthy pool of instructors
● Work with partnership, curriculum and product teams teams to keep a track of program updates and prepare instructors
● Coordinate and manage relationships with all stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS:
You are a great candidate for this role if you have:
● Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations/team leadership roles
● Excellent stakeholder management skills
● Excellent communication skills

Compensation Range 
OTE Range: $55,000 to $60,000. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall fit for the role.
