Position Description 
Advertised Job Summary 
Reporting directly to the Chief Officer for CASE (Culture, Access, and Stakeholder Engagement), the Program Manager for Education, Training, & Strategic Initiatives will primarily be responsible for overseeing the operations and processes of the Office for CASE as it relates to providing necessary educational and engagement opportunities for faculty and staff. The Office for CASE was established to promote an institutional culture of community and belonging across the USC School of Medicine Greenville and in collaboration with Prisma Health. The Program Manager will be expected to be knowledgeable and skillful enough to intercede where necessary in the Chief Officer for CASE’s absence. This individual will have the responsibility of partnering and working across divisions and units to drive and accelerate a welcoming organizational culture for the campus community, while simultaneously furthering the institution’s and office’s commitment to excellence. This role will provide thought leadership and support for the development and improvement of relevant educational and engagement programs and will be instrumental in analyzing institutional and departmental/unit metrics to sustain an environment of continuous process improvement.

Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience 
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 4 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials   
Preferred Qualifications 
Graduate level preparation having obtained a master’s degree in a relevant field (i.e. education, organizational/leadership development, human resource management, public administration, etc.).
3-5 years of experience in training, professional development and team building.
Experience working in a school of medicine or educational context.

Demonstrated commitment to interacting with and supporting all populations. Proven ability to collaborate across various departments/units, including working with senior leadership. Extensive proficiency in data analytics, assessment, and evaluation to drive decision-making. Strong education and training background, particularly in inclusive excellence, and with strength in public speaking and presentations. Strong knowledge of project/program management processes and procedures. Well versed in research and best practices in the field of inclusive excellence. Skilled in facilitation and leading difficult dialogues.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong emotional intelligence

Ability to analyze data and prepare related reports. Knowledge of inclusive excellence and relevant principles. Strong program management capability. Advanced technological skills, including exceptional aptitude utilizing Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
