- Coordinate academic and operational processes for Evening, Weekend, and Charlotte Executive MBA programs.
- Lead student engagement initiatives and event management for Chapel Hill Evening and Weekend Executive MBA programs.
- Serve as primary resource for students, faculty, and staff to ensure consistent academic services delivery.
- Collaborate closely with program directors, academic operations, student engagement teams, faculty, and university partners.
- Provide backup support to the Assistant Director of Academics including registration, enrollment, degree audits, eligibility, grading, and student advising.
- Requires occasional evening and weekend work to support program activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
- Experience in higher education or academic settings preferred, along with strong communication, project management, and event coordination skills.
- Familiarity with student information systems, CRM, and LMS platforms is desired.
- Full-time permanent position with a salary range of $50,000 to $58,900, classified under salary grade NC13 / GN10.
