| Job Description Summary: | The Division for Student Affairs (DSA) engages with students throughout all phases of the student lifecycle. DSA’s integrated approach is to provide a cohesive student experience built upon three core values: genuine collaboration, a comprehensive approach to problem-solving, and, most importantly, putting students at the center of all that we do. Reporting to the University Chaplain, the Program Manager, Center for Interfaith & Spiritual Life (CISL) serves as the primary operational lead supporting the day-to-day functioning of the Center. This role is responsible for managing core operations, coordinating student engagement, supervising student staff, and leading execution of programs and initiatives that support religious and spiritual life at the university. The Program Manager ensures effective coordination, communication, and delivery of CISL programs and services. This position is designed to provide operational and programmatic leadership within a streamlined staffing model. The Program Manager is responsible for the coordination, execution, and supervision of student staff, while the University Chaplain retains responsibility for strategic leadership, relationship management, and Interfaith initiatives. | Minimum Qualifications: | Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 2 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |
