| Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities | Position Summary The Program Manager will provide operational, fiscal, and administrative leadership for the North Carolina Central University (NCCU) component of the Duke–NCCU Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This position supports and works closely with the Duke –NCCU Bridge Office, serving as the key point of coordination for CTSA-related activities at NCCU. The Program Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage budgets and reporting, track program milestones, and help develop new programming to expand NCCU’s clinical and translational science (CTS) capacity. The ideal candidate combines strong budget management, project management, and communication skills with the ability to align academic, operational, and community partners toward shared goals.
