Support proposal submission and project administration in coordination with Rutgers CAIT and related offices.

Track project deadlines and deliverables while maintaining communication with Middlesex County, transport agencies, Rutgers CAIT, and contractors.

Assist with equipment acquisition and deployment for DataCity projects.

Required Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, project management, accounting, report writing, and administrative support experience.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field, plus five years of relevant finance/accounting and technical report writing experience.

Preferred experience includes managing projects in Connected and Automated Vehicle (CAV) deployment and working with both public and private sector clients.
