| Posting Context Statement | The Experiential Learning Program Manager supports the University of Idaho’s student success mission by assisting with the development and coordination of experiential learning opportunities across the undergraduate curriculum. Working with the Director of General Education and Student Success, faculty, and campus partners, the position helps align existing efforts, support course-based initiatives in first-year, general education, and upper-division programs, and track participation and outcomes. The role contributes to scalable, consistent approaches that strengthen student engagement, academic achievement, and retention. |
| Position Overview | This position supports the planning and completion of educational, outreach or professional programs; working with program staff, students, the public and/or agencies, to plan and oversee program activities. May lead a distinct area for the program such as outreach, assessment or financial management. Duties may include:
