Help Us Redefine How Work Gets Done

At Curriculum Associates, we're on a mission to improve outcomes for millions of students—and we know that starts with how we enable our people to do their best work.

We're building an organization where:

  • AI is part of how work begins, not just how it ends

  • Learning is embedded in the flow of work, not separate from it

  • Managers and teams are equipped to adapt, evolve, and grow through change

We're looking for a Program Manager, Learning & Innovation to help us make that real.

The impact you'll have

This is not a traditional L&D role. You'll sit at the intersection of AI enablement, organizational transformation, and innovation, helping the company adopt new tools, evolve how work happens, and build future-ready capabilities.

AI/Innovation Training & Program Management

  • Owns the execution and continuous evolution of CA's AI learning and enablement strategy, ensuring alignment to business priorities and transformation goals

  • Manages scalable AI learning & enablement programs that move employees from awareness → application → integration into daily work

  • Brings an AI approach to learning design, embedding AI into how content is created, delivered, and experienced

  • Partners cross-departments (AI Adoption, IT, Data, HRBPs, etc.) to translate AI capabilities into practical, role-relevant use cases

  • Leverages AI adoption signals data to iterates programs to increase meaningful AI usage

  • Curates learning experiences that emphasize real work application, not just conceptual understanding

  • Coordinates with AI vendors on training and program delivery

  • Enables managers to drive AI adoption within their teams by equipping them with tools, expectations, and coaching strategies

Transformation Training and Enablement

  • Leads learning and enablement workstreams for enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring employees can effectively adopt new systems, tools, and ways of working

  • Translates complex technical and operational changes into clear, actionable learning experiences and comprehensive training plans that drive behavior change

  • Partners with SMEs and project teams to embed learning into rollout strategies—not as a separate track, but as part of execution

  • Builds scalable, facilitator-ready and self-service learning solutions to support adoption across functions

  • Continuously evaluates effectiveness of training and adjusts based on feedback, adoption, and business outcomes

Talent Management Learning Design & Delivery

  • Facilitates and supports talent management learning experiences, including virtual sessions

  • Provides facilitation support for Talent Management programs, including co-facilitation, session logistics, and delivery support as needed.

Who we're looking for

You don't need to be an AI engineer—but you do need to think differently about how work gets done.

You're someone who:

  • Uses AI regularly and instinctively in your own work

  • Starts with "how could AI help here?" instead of "how have we always done this?"

  • Loves taking complex ideas and making them simple, practical, and usable

  • Thinks in systems, not silos—you connect dots across teams, tools, and workflows

  • Is energized by change and comfortable operating in ambiguity

  • Builds, tests, iterates, and improves—quickly

What You Bring

  • Experience designing and running programs that drivebehavior change, not just knowledge transfer

  • Strong program management skills—you can move multiple workstreams forward with clarity and follow-through

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve your own productivity and outputs

  • Ability to translate technical or complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance

  • Experience supporting transformation initiatives, system rollouts, or new ways of working

  • Experience in learning, enablement, or capability-building

Why This Role Matters

This role is central to how Curriculum Associates evolves. You won't just be running trainings—you'll be helping shape:

  • How AI gets adopted across the company

  • How employees navigate change

  • How managers lead in a new environment

  • How learning actually drives performance

If you're someone who wants to build, not just support…who wants to change how work happens, not just talk about it…this is that role.
