Highlights

Conduct internal monthly reviews and quarterly business reviews with sponsors and partners.
Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and partner alignment with performance and reporting requirements.
Provide input for business development, including execution strategies and staffing plans.
Build and maintain relationships with agency sponsors including AOIT, FEMA, USDA, DOT, and local governments.
Identify and mitigate program risks ensuring transparency and accountability.
Lead project teams by setting priorities and fostering a mission-aligned culture.
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field with 7 years of program/project management experience on state or federal government contracts.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
Desired qualifications include a master’s degree, PMP certification, and experience with state/local cybersecurity initiatives and Whole-of-State strategies.
Salary range: $118,590 - $237,190.
