  • Provide input for business development, including execution strategies and staffing plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agency sponsors including AOIT, FEMA, USDA, DOT, and local governments.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Lead project teams by setting priorities and fostering a mission-aligned culture.
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field with 7 years of program/project management experience on state or federal government contracts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
  • Desired qualifications include a master’s degree, PMP certification, and experience with state/local cybersecurity initiatives and Whole-of-State strategies.
  • Salary range: $118,590 - $237,190.
