The Center of Innovation for Behavioral Health and Wellbeing is hiring a Program Specialist. This role involves coordinating statewide training, certification, and workforce development initiatives for Family Peer Support and Youth Peer Support programs, managing multiple projects and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring accurate data collection and reporting to support behavioral health services in New Mexico.
Highlights
Coordinate and support implementation of training and certification initiatives for peer support programs.
Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder engagement, including behavioral health providers and state agencies.
Maintain training, certification, and participant records using Smartsheet, Microsoft 365, and Excel.
Collect, analyze, and report program data to aid evaluation and continuous improvement.
Monitor certification and continuing education compliance and provide technical assistance.
Organize all aspects of training delivery, including registration, logistics, virtual platform moderation, and follow-up.
Develop and implement program workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Required qualifications include an Associate's Degree with 2 years relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree.
Preferred skills: proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, data management, reporting, and virtual training support.
Salary is approximately $43,908.80, commensurate with experience.
