Job Description | The Program Specialist in the School of Social Work supports students (especially graduate students) through academic advising, professional development, and student engagement. This role ensures students receive the academic guidance for resources needed to complete their degree requirements. The Program Specialist collaborates with faculty and staff to improve student retention, assist in course scheduling, streamline advising services, and enhance the overall education experience.
