Job Summary/Basic Function 
Seeking a motivated Program Specialist to lead youth-focused workforce development activities for Project Success Coalition. This position helps young people explore career interests, develop job readiness skills, and prepare for future employment success.
- Teach resume writing, interviewing, and job application skills.
- Guide youth in identifying career goals and workforce pathways.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and hands-on learning activities.

Required Qualifications 
- Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of basic workforce readiness topics.
- Experience working with youth is a plus
- Work study eligible
